This lovely elderly couple were not expecting to have to rebuild their house in their 80’s! However, after the earthquakes hit that was exactly what they had to do. We worked through the entire process with them with patience and understanding in what had to be a stressful and tiring situation. Their new home was based upon their old house design which they wanted to keep but the new materials chosen required a lot less maintenance.
