Our Project Manager is a guy you will enjoy working with. He is a people person with a hardworking ethic and processes in place to ensure your home is built to the standards you expect and with exceptional service.
Communication is key, and if you are fully informed throughout the process, we feel we can achieve the best for you, whatever the challenge.
We run fortnightly site meetings with you at a time that suits you. This provides an opportunity to walk through and discuss progress, what’s coming up, and any issues and any changes you are considering.
We also encourage you meeting the subbies on site, particularly electrical and plumbing walk throughs prior to work being undertaken. Being on site as opposed to looking at plans can be a whole new kettle of fish.
Your PM is also in charge of your build schedule and he will keep it updated on our online system along with photos so you can keep in touch even if you cannot get to site. The online system also allows you to make changes, leave comments and track conversations in one place. Your PM will be notified of your input and can manage this information and communicate back to you with an update.
Your PM is your main point of contact once your build progresses and this allows your building team to remain on site progressing your home. Relationships with our clients are crucial to us, so please be reassured that Brent is always accessible at any time throughout the design build process and will attend your fortnightly site meetings at critical stages and at your request.
